The Management and Personnel Office (MPO) aims to develop,
implement and keep under review progressive human resource
policies and programmes in the Public Service with the aim
of:

improving the competence,
motivation and quality of Public Service personnel;

making the Service more
effective, efficient and economical in the formulation and execution of government policies, projects and programmes;

making the Service more
responsive to public needs; and
-
creating a culture of
integrity and excellence in the delivery of services
to the public.
