The Office of the Prime Minister and its departments
provide three forms of electronic services:
-
general information online (an important service in its
own right)
-
online information about specific OPM services that are
delivered to the public by conventional means but are not
yet transactable electronically
-
interactive or transactable services (those where customers
can obtain information that specifically concerns them or
else obtain a service from start to finish via the Internet).
This page lists the services available in each category.
General information on the Internet

Government portal: this website, which is managed by
the Department of Information, serves as the
point of entry for all public services online and offers a wide range of

with your query.

Persons can view all Circulars and Notices for the filling
of vacancies in the Public Service, and apply on-line for

form. Any qualification certificates accompanying such forms
can either be sent as attachments to the profile, or sent to
the respective departments by post.
-
Maltese-language
support software: Unicode fonts (standard fonts with
an extended character set that includes Maltese letters)
