What this service offers

You can purchase print copies of photographs from the Department of Information's vast collection, which includes shots of state visits and other official events, cultural activities, aerial views of Malta, and places of cultural and historical interest. A photo gallery can be viewed in the Department's website.

How to obtain the service

You can visit the Photo Library in person or else you can order photographs over the phone. Your copies can also be delivered to you by post.

Fees and charges

DOI staff will advise you of the price of each print since this varies according to size. If you would like to receive your photographs by post, you would need to send a cheque to the Department. In this case there is a charge for postage.

Opening hours

Opening hours for the public:
Monday to Friday 0815 to 1515 from 1 October to 15 June
Monday to Friday 0800 to 1230 from 16 June to 30 September.
