The Directorate is organised into the following branches:
- Finance and Administration

Finance and Administration
The Finance and Administration Branch is mainly responsible
for business planning, budgeting and financial control, procurement
of goods and services, and accounting. The Branch is also
responsible for negotiating the two maintenance and support
contracts, one for technical infrastructure facilities and
the other for software applications, which the Office of the
Prime Minister has with MITTS. The Branch is managed by Mr Carmel Vella, Assistant Director.

Office Management
The Office Management Branch, which is headed by Mr

Girgenti Palace and Villa Francia. The Branch co-ordinates
and supervises capital projects and administers the OPM transport
fleet.
Registry
The Registry is responsible for maintaining a filing system
