Messages that concern the Office of the Prime Minister
If you send us any comments, suggestions, complaints or questions that concern this website or any department or unit within the Office of the Prime Minister, we will reply to or at least acknowledge your message within two working days.
If we are unable to definitively answer your complaint or question first time round, we will follow up your request and provide you with a conclusive answer within ten working days.
Messages that concern other ministries
If your message concerns a Government department or public entity for which the Office of the Prime Minister is not
directly responsible, we will direct you accordingly or, where possible, forward your message to the responsible public body and let you know. If you have asked for information which is easily accessible from an official source (particularly a Government website), we will tell you where to find the information.
In such cases too we will reply to your request within two working days.
Messages which we will not necessarily answer
We reserve the right not to answer messages that:

are not specifically addressed to this office (particularly spam or junk mail);

are indecipherable or have no discernible purpose; or
-
have nothing to do with the work of the Office of the Prime Minister or the Government of Malta.

We will use the personal information you send us in your message in accordance with our
